ABOUT
Hello! I'm Marissa, or Doula Rissy, as my friends would call me.
​
I decided to become a doula in 2019 while beginning my own women’s health journey. Through that experience I discovered how meaningful it is to empower women, birthing people, their partners, and families. Supporting others during such an important time quickly became my passion.
​
I am a DONA (Doulas of North America) certified doula with experience supporting hospital births, multiple births, and families navigating birth anxiety. I provide evidence-based education, hands-on labor support, and steady emotional reassurance for both birthing people and their partners. My goal is to help families reconnect with their instincts, trust their bodies, and feel fully supported and cared for throughout this unpredictable and transformative journey.
